Working from home

Access to your workstation is tied to your office egress IP — the address your office's internet traffic is seen from. Connecting directly from home will not match the allowlist.

To work from home, connect through your own company VPN first, so your traffic egresses from your office's allowlisted IP, then run the connectivity check to confirm you're cleared.

There is no 4chems VPN for customers — 4chems only reads the allowlist your company IT manages; connectivity always depends on your own company's VPN.
